Safespill developed ILDFA, a fire protection system for aircraft hangars that uses custom aluminum components. To secure production and eliminate supply chain risk, we invested in a dedicated aluminum extrusion line — built by Kautec and installed in 2025.
While this line guarantees long-term capacity for Safespill’s needs, it also opens the door for something more: its full potential isn’t fully utilized.
That’s where Affordable Aluminum comes in. We offer industrial-grade extrusions at below-market pricing by leveraging our excess capacity. Since extrusion isn’t our core business, we run lean — and pass the savings on.
