This week we’re highlighting a simple part of our process that keeps work flowing: our step-by-step path from inquiry to fulfillment. We follow the same rhythm on every project so clients always know where things stand. It starts with reviewing the profile drawing finalizing the design. Once the order is in, we get the die moving right away so production doesn’t stall.
From there, things shift to the shop floor. Our team runs full production on our Houston extrusion line, heat treats the profiles, and gets everything packed and ready for pickup. Most new projects land in the 6–8 week window, and repeat orders move even faster.
It’s a straightforward process, but staying disciplined with it helps us keep quality consistent and timelines predictable.
