This extrusion line was originally built to secure long-term aluminum production for our parent company, Safespill, which produces complex aluminum systems that require precise, repeatable components. Bringing the aluminum extrusion and machining process in house removed supply risk and ensured full control over quality and scheduling.

Seeing how well this served the company, that same production capacity led us to start Affordable Aluminum and offer these services to the Gulf Coast Region. Because our extrusion line operates as part of a larger manufacturing operation, it runs lean and efficiently with no need to mark up material to support excess overhead.
