Big news from our Houston shop this week. After a lot of internal work and plenty of time on the extrusion floor, we’re officially releasing our Affordable Aluminum Standard Die Catalog. This is something our team has wanted to put together to make extrusion easier for our clients.
The idea is simple. The catalog includes common profiles, proven shapes, and dies that are already designed and ready to run on our Houston extrusion line. These standard profiles are well-suited for 6005A and 6063, which we run every day. They’re shapes we’re comfortable with, dies we trust, and profiles our operators know inside and out.
This catalog doesn’t replace custom work, it just gives you another option when speed and simplicity matter. We’ll be adding to it over time as we see what our clients are building and asking for. If you’ve got a profile that fits the catalog, we’re happy to walk through the catalog with you.
